Based in Greensboro, NC, Sarah operates out of a private studio designed to offer a focused, distraction free training environment that is also child friendly, perfect for parents looking to prioritize their health without compromising on family time.
Sarah specializes in teaching proper movement patterns and uses a variety of tools and techniques to help clients move well and stay injury free. She incorporates real time video feedback and velocity tracking into her sessions to help clients fine tune their technique, gain immediate insights, and build confidence in their training.
